  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/2 cups Mayonnaise
  • 1 envelope Low Sodium Taco Seasoning (1.25 Ounces)
  • 1 can Refried Beans (16 Ounces)
  • 1 package Guacamole, 7 Ounces
  • 1- 1/2 cup Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend
  • 3 whole Scallions, Green Parts Thinly Sliced
  • 1 can Sliced Black Olives, Drained (4 Ounces)
  • 1 can Rotel Diced Tomatoes, (10 Ounces) Drained And Then Squeezed Between A Thick Stack Of Paper Towels To Remove Excess Juice

    In a small bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, and taco seasoning.

    Set aside.

    On a large plate, spread the refried beans into an even layer.

    Spread the guacamole on top of the beans, and then spread on the sour cream mixture.

    Top with cheese, scallions, olives, and Ro-tel.
