- 1/2 cups Mayonnaise
- 1 envelope Low Sodium Taco Seasoning (1.25 Ounces)
- 1 can Refried Beans (16 Ounces)
- 1 package Guacamole, 7 Ounces
- 1- 1/2 cup Shredded Mexican Cheese Blend
- 3 whole Scallions, Green Parts Thinly Sliced
- 1 can Sliced Black Olives, Drained (4 Ounces)
- 1 can Rotel Diced Tomatoes, (10 Ounces) Drained And Then Squeezed Between A Thick Stack Of Paper Towels To Remove Excess Juice

1In a small bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, and taco seasoning.

3On a large plate, spread the refried beans into an even layer.

4Spread the guacamole on top of the beans, and then spread on the sour cream mixture.
