  • 1 1/2 c. rice (cooked)
  • 2 lb. hamburger (browned)
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 2 large cans tomato sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 2 cans Cheddar cheese soup
  • 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • lettuce

Directions

    Brown hamburger.

    Add taco seasoning, tomato soup, tomato sauce and garlic salt.

    Set aside.

    Mix together cheese soup, grated cheese and milk.

    Heat until cheese melts.

    Slice tomatoes in cubes and slice lettuce.

    Arrange on plate in this order:

    Fritos, rice, meat sauce, tomatoes, lettuce and cheese sauce.
