- 1 1/2 c. rice (cooked)
- 2 lb. hamburger (browned)
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 1 can tomato soup
- 2 large cans tomato sauce
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 cans Cheddar cheese soup
- 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 can evaporated milk
- lettuce
Directions

1Brown hamburger.

2Add taco seasoning, tomato soup, tomato sauce and garlic salt.

3Set aside.

4Mix together cheese soup, grated cheese and milk.

5Heat until cheese melts.

6Slice tomatoes in cubes and slice lettuce.

7Arrange on plate in this order:
