- 1 c. Minute rice
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- shredded lettuce
- shredded cheese
- chopped tomato
Directions

1Brown burger.

2Blend in canned tomatoes.

3Add water to make 2 1/2 cups liquid.

4Mix burger, rice and taco seasoning together. Cook 20 minutes.
