  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 small can green chilies
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cans whole corn with juice
  • 2 cans kidney beans with juice
  • 2 cans pinto beans with juice
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 pkg. Ranch dressing
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 1 can Ro-Tel
  • 1 can tomato sauce (optional)

Directions

    Brown ground beef with chilies and onion.

    Drain.

    In crock-pot, put meat and rest of ingredients.

    Stir well.

    Cook on medium-low overnight or high for 3 to 4 hours.

    Freezes great. Serves 6 to 8.
