  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 4 oz. chopped green chilies
  • 3 (14.5 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes
  • 15 oz. pinto beans
  • 16 oz. kidney beans
  • 16 oz. whole kernel corn
  • 1 (1.5 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning
  • 1 (1 oz.) pkg. Ranch salad dressing mix
  • 1 1/2 c. water

Directions

    Brown ground beef, onion and chilies.

    Drain off liquid.

    Mix stewed tomatoes, beans and corn, all undrained, with meat.

    Add taco seasoning, salad dressing mix and water.

    Bring to a boil and simmer 30 minutes.
