- 5 ounces spaghetti
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 large onion
- 34 cup water
- 1 14 ounces taco seasoning
- 1 (11 ounce) can corn mixed with chopped peppers
- 1 cup sliced black olives
- 1 cup shredded colby-monterey jack cheese
- 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies, drained
- 6 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 medium tomatoes, sliced
- 1 cup crushed tortilla chips
- 2 cups sour cream
- 14 cup salsa
Directions

1preheat oven to 350.

2cook pasta to al dente, drain.

3cook beef and onion over medium heat until brown, drain.

4stir in water and taco seasoning.

5simmer uncovered for two minutes.

6stir in pasta, corn, olives, salsa half the cheese and green chiles.

7transer mix into a casserole dish.

8bake 15-20 minutes.

9top with remaing cheese.

10serve with lettuce, tomatoes and chips and sour cream.
