  • 5 ounces spaghetti
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 large onion
  • 34 cup water
  • 1 14 ounces taco seasoning
  • 1 (11 ounce) can corn mixed with chopped peppers
  • 1 cup sliced black olives
  • 1 cup shredded colby-monterey jack cheese
  • 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies, drained
  • 6 cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 medium tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 cup crushed tortilla chips
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 14 cup salsa

    preheat oven to 350.

    cook pasta to al dente, drain.

    cook beef and onion over medium heat until brown, drain.

    stir in water and taco seasoning.

    simmer uncovered for two minutes.

    stir in pasta, corn, olives, salsa half the cheese and green chiles.

    transer mix into a casserole dish.

    bake 15-20 minutes.

    top with remaing cheese.

    serve with lettuce, tomatoes and chips and sour cream.
