- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 1 (8 to 16 oz.) block Cheddar cheese
- 14 oz. jar taco sauce or picante sauce
- oil (for frying)
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. eggroll wraps
- 1 egg
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
Directions

1Follow directions on taco seasoning package to make taco meat. Let cool when finished.

2Cut cheese into 3 x 1/4 x 1/4-inch strips.

3Lay eggroll wrap with corner facing you.

4Spoon 1 tablespoon of taco meat on corner closest to you.

5Place one strip of cheese in also.

6Baste wrap across from filling with beaten egg.

7Roll according to wrap instructions.

8Deep fry in oil until cheese starts to come out of wrapper.

9Serve with taco or picante sauce for dipping.

10Sour cream is optional as a dip.
