- 18 jumbo pasta shells
- 1 1/4 lb. ground beef
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese with chives or can use plain cream cheese
- 1 c. taco sauce
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded or can use 1 c. Mozzarella
- 1 1/2 c. crushed tortilla chips and chopped green onions (for garnish, optional)
Directions

1Cook shells according to directions; drain well and add 2 tablespoons butter or margarine.

2Brown meat and drain.

3Cube cream cheese and let melt in meat.

4Stir in chili powder.

5Stuff shells and put in 9 x 13-inch pan.

6Pour taco sauce over shells and cover.

7Cook 15 minutes and uncover.

8Put cheese over shells and cook 15 minutes longer.

9(Garnish with tortilla chips and green onions if desired.)
