  • 3 buttons garlic
  • 2 sliced onions
  • 1 medium green pepper, sliced
  • 4 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 can ripe olives, sliced and most of liquors
  • 1 large can tomatoes
  • 1 lb. wide noodles
  • 1 lb. extra sharp grated cheese

Directions

    Brown garlic, onions and oil; remove from pan.

    Brown ground chuck; drain grease.

    Add and simmer 30 minutes the corn, olives, liquid and tomatoes.

    Cook noodles as directed.

    Combine all ingredients in baking dish(es).

    Cook at 375° about 25 minutes. Cover with grated cheese.

    Bake about 15 minutes longer until cheese is melted.
