- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 1 can corn
- 4 tamales, diced
- garlic, chili powder and salt to taste
- 1 lb. Cheddar cheese (Longhorn, sharp), grated
- 1 can black olives, drained
Directions

1Brown the ground beef, onion and bell pepper. Add the tomato sauce, corn and tamales.

2Mix well on low heat. Add garlic, chili powder and salt to taste.

3Add half of the cheese and olives to the mixture.

4Place in a 9 x 13-inch greased baking dish. Sprinkle with the rest of the cheese and olives. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
