  • 24 cooked beef and pork tamales, husk removed
  • 4 C Jack and Cheddar cheese
  • 28 oz diced tomaotes w/green chili
  • 2 C chpd onion
  • 5 tsp garlic pwd
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 - 3 tsp Kosher salt

    Break tamales into bite size pieces and mix all ingred.

    Can bake in a bird or bake in casserole dish as a side dish
