- 2 to 3 lb. assorted chicken parts
- 1 onion (optional)
- 1 pt. plain yogurt
- dry tandoori mix (available at Indian grocery stores)
Directions

1Remove skin from chicken and place in casserole dish.

2Place 1 teaspoon tandoori mix on each piece of chicken.

3Pour yogurt into dish and mix chicken, spice and yogurt until there is a uniform orange color.

4Place in refrigerator 2 hours up to 12 hours.

5Bake in oven at 375° for 1 hour.
