Tandoori Chicken

  • 2 to 3 lb. assorted chicken parts
  • 1 onion (optional)
  • 1 pt. plain yogurt
  • dry tandoori mix (available at Indian grocery stores)

Directions

    Remove skin from chicken and place in casserole dish.

    Place 1 teaspoon tandoori mix on each piece of chicken.

    Pour yogurt into dish and mix chicken, spice and yogurt until there is a uniform orange color.

    Place in refrigerator 2 hours up to 12 hours.

    Bake in oven at 375° for 1 hour.
