Ingredients

  • 1 12 lbs ground turkey (about 3 cups)
  • 34 cup onion, chopped
  • 12 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1 (4 ounce) can green chilies, chopped and drained
  • 1 (8 ounce) package button mushrooms, sliced fresh (can sub in 8 oz jarred mushrooms)
  • 1 (16 ounce) can pinto beans, undrained
  • 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 14 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (to taste)
  • 2 cups corn chips, coarsely crushed
  • 1 12 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • picante sauce

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, onions, olives, green chilies, mushrooms, beans and soup.

    Stir in hot pepper sauce and corn chips.

    Spread in ungreased 13x9x2 inch baking dish.

    Sprinkle cheese on top.

    Bake for 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly and cheese is melted.

    Serve immediately with picante cause to taste.
