- 1/3 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Tapioca mix
- 2 3/4 c. milk
- 1 egg well beaten
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Mix sugar, tapioca, milk and egg in medium saucepan; let stand 5 minutes.

2Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to full boil.

3Pudding thickens as it cools.

4Remove from heat.

5Stir in vanilla.

6Cool 20 minutes; stir.

7Serve warm or chilled.

8Store left over pudding in refrigerator.

9Makes 6 (1/2 cup) servings.
