  • 1/2 cup small pearl tapioca
  • 1-1/2 cups boiling water
  • 1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Raspberry Flavor Gelatin

Directions

    Prepare tapioca as directed on package; cool.

    Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

    Meanwhile, stir boiling water into gelatin in 8-inch square dish sprayed with cooking spray until gelatin is completely dissolved.

    Refrigerate 1 hour or until set.

    Cut gelatin into 8 (2-inch) cubes, then cut each cube into 12 smaller cubes.

    Spoon 1/4 cup of the tapioca into each of 8 parfait glasses; top each with 6 gelatin cubes.

    Repeat both layers.

    Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
