- 2 lbs frozen French fries
- 4 tbsp (1/2 stick) butter
- 1 None onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/3 cup dry white wine
- 4 lbs mussels, scrubbed and bearded
- 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh tarragon
Directions

1Preheat oven and cook fries according to package directions.

2Meanwhile, melt butter in a large saucepan on medium heat. Cook onion, stirring, until softened. Stir in garlic and cook until fragrant. Add wine and bring to a boil.

3Add mussels. Simmer, covered, until mussels have opened, shaking pan occasionally. Stir in tarragon and season. Serve with fries.
