- 1 lb. green beans, cooked
- 4 slices bacon
- 1/3 c. onion, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Cook the beans.

2Fry the bacon, cut into 1/2 inch pieces.

3Add to the skillet the chopped onion, vinegar, water, sugar, salt and pepper.

4Bring to a boil and pour this mixture over the drained beans.
