  • 12 Ritz Crackers regular size
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika or seasoned salt
  • 1 pound chicken drumsticks about 6
  • 2 eggs beaten

Directions

    Crush crackers into fine crumbs.

    Mix paprika or seasoned salt with crumbs.

    Wash drumsticks, skin if desired.

    Dip chicken into eggs and roll in cracker crumbs, coating well.

    Arrange drumsticks in a row on a 12 x 8 microwave safe dish (use a bacon rack if you have one).

    Place thicker parts to the outside.

    Cover with wax paper.

    Cook in microwave on high 7-8 minutes until chicken is no longer pink.
