  • 1 lb. pecans
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. white sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)

Directions

    Beat egg with one teaspoon water.

    Mix pecans to coat with egg and water mixture.

    Mix sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.

    Add pecans to mixture.

    Stir thoroughly.

    Spread on large cookie sheet. Bake at 250° for 60 minutes, stirring once.
