- 1 whole egg
- 1 heaping tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Drain juice from salmon; set aside.

2Put salmon in mixing bowl and stir in the egg.

3When it is gummy, add 1/2 cup flour.

4Stir thoroughly.

5Mixture will be thick.

6Do not add any salt; pepper is okay.
