Tasty Stuffed Pasta Shells

  • 1 pkg. large shell pasta
  • 1 carton low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. low-fat margarine
  • 1 jar mushrooms
  • 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach

Directions

    Cook shells and set aside.

    In saucepan, saute garlic and mushrooms in margarine.

    Mix with cottage cheese, spinach and Mozzarella cheese.

    Spoon cottage cheese mixture into cooked shells and place in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan sprayed with Pam. Pour spaghetti sauce over shells and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

    Cook at 350° for 30 minutes or until done.
