- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/3 c. golden raisins
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg (ground)
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. lite corn syrup
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped pecans
Directions

1Cut squash in half lengthwise; remove seeds.

2Place cut side down in shallow baking pans; add 1/2-inch water.

3Cover and bake at 400° for 40 minutes or until tender.

4Drain; scoop out pulp and discard shell.
