- 8 to 10 slices bacon
- 3 c. white potatoes small cubes
- 3 tsp. flour
- salt
- pepper
- 3 c. water
Directions

1Fry bacon in iron frying pan.

2When done, remove bacon.

3Add potato cubes; cook until brown.

4Remove potatoes.

5Add flour to remaining grease.

6Brown flour; add salt and pepper and potatoes. Stir; add water and cook until gravy is thick.

7Pour into thick bowl and crumble bacon on top of gravy.

8Serve over hot biscuits.
