- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2/3 c. cooking oil
- 1/4 tsp. lemon flavoring
- 2 1/2 c. sifted Gold Medal self-rising flour
Directions

1Beat eggs with fork until well blended.

2Stir in sugar and oil; beat well.

3Add vanilla and lemon flavoring.

4Add flour.

5Drop out by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet.

6Press cookie with flat bottom glass, about 2 inches apart.

7Bake in oven at 350° for 8 to 10 minutes, or until lightly browned.

8Take up with spatula as soon as it gets done, or they will stick.

9Makes about 3 dozen.
