- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 1 beaten egg
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 eggs slightly beaten separately
Directions

1Mix thoroughly flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

2Cut in butter until mix resembles breadcrumbs.

3Add beaten egg and milk until dough clings together.

4Knead.

5Pat onto floured surface and spread about 1/2-inch thick.

6Cut into wedges or rounds.

7Brush with slightly beaten egg.

8Bake for about 15 minutes in a 425° oven.
