Teriyaki Kale

  • 2 bunch Kale
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

Directions

    Rinse kale and pat dry with paper towel.

    Heat olive oil in large skillet.
  3. 3
    Saute garlic in oil until golden, careful not to over cook.

    Add kale into pan, tossing immediately.
  5. 5
    Allow kale to wilt, stirring occasionally.
  6. 6
    Add soy sauce, teriyaki sauce and pepper flakes into the kale and toss one final time.

    The kale cooks incredibly quickly and will be done in about 5-6 minutes.

    Serve as a side, add to noodles or rice as a stir fry!
