Teriyaki Kale

- 2 bunch Kale
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Minced garlic
- 1 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
Directions

1Rinse kale and pat dry with paper towel.

2Heat olive oil in large skillet.

3Saute garlic in oil until golden, careful not to over cook.

4Add kale into pan, tossing immediately.

5Allow kale to wilt, stirring occasionally.

6Add soy sauce, teriyaki sauce and pepper flakes into the kale and toss one final time.

7The kale cooks incredibly quickly and will be done in about 5-6 minutes.

8Serve as a side, add to noodles or rice as a stir fry!
