- 4 lb. meaty pork spareribs, sawed in half across bones
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Cut meat into 2 rib portions.

2For marinade, mix soy sauce, oil, lemon juice, brown sugar, garlic, ginger and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.

3Place ribs in a shallow baking dish.

4Pour marinade over. Cover.

5Refrigerate 4 to 6 hours, occasionally spooning marinade over.
