- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/3 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 3 green onions, sliced
Directions

1Combine all ingredients, except steak.

2Cut steak across the grain into 1/4-inch thick slices.

3Thread each slice onto a bamboo skewer and place in a container.

4Pour marinade over meat. Marinate overnight, turning occasionally.
