- 10 oz. jar apricot preserves
- 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce
- 1 lb. wieners, cut into 1-inch pieces or 1 lb. cocktail franks or wieners
- 15 1/4 oz. can pineapple chunks, drained
- 1 large green or red pepper, cut into 3/4-inch squares
Directions

1In large saucepan, over medium heat, combine preserves, barbecue sauce and teriyaki sauce.

2Heat until hot and bubbly, stirring constantly.

3Stir in wieners, pineapple and green pepper. Heat thoroughly.

4Transfer mixture to chafing dish, keeping warm over low heat.

5Serve with toothpicks.
