Ingredients

  • 16 ounces pinto beans drain/rise
  • 16 ounces peas can black eye, drain/rinse
  • 1 can corn drain/rinse
  • 1 green pepper or red
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 red onion small
  • 2 jalapeno peppers if using canned--1/2 of small can
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

    Bring dressing ingredients to a boil & then let cool.

    Pour over veggies & put in refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.

    Serve with Frito Scoops or Tostito Scoops
