Ingredients

  • 1 can pinto beans drained
  • 1 can peas black eye, drained
  • 1 pimentos big jar, drained
  • 1/2 bag yellow corn frozen baby white &, do not thaw
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 can jalapenos diced, including juice
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon petter
  • chips Scoops Frito
  • 1 cup green pepper chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion

Directions

    Combine ingredients and set aside

    Make dressing: Bring sugar, vinegar, oil and S & P to a rapid boil. Remove from heat. Cool. Pour over vegetables. Mix well. Refrigerate overnight. Before serving, drain.
