- 1 bunch fresh cilantro (approximately 1/2 c. chopped)
- juice of 3 limes (approximately 1/4 c.)
- 4 to 5 cloves crushed garlic
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- Tabasco to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Combine all of the ingredients in a plastic container with a lid.

2Allow the ingredients to marinate overnight or 2 or 3 days, if time permits, in the refrigerator.

3Serve with tortilla chips.
