- 2 cups Flour
- 2 cups Sugar
- 2 sticks Margarine
- 1 cup Water
- 4 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder Rounded Off
- 1/2 cups Buttermilk
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
Directions

1Sift together flour and sugar.

2Boil together margarine and water. Once boiling, add cocoa. Stir until blended. Do not scorch.

3Pour hot liquid over flour and sugar mixture. Stir. Add buttermilk, eggs, and baking soda. Mix well. Add vanilla.

4Bake at 400F for 20 minutes in jelly roll pan.

5Once cooled, frost with your choice of milk chocolate frosting.
