- 2 lb. lean hamburger
- 2 lb. pork sausage
- 4 large pkg. chili powder (red, medium or hot)
- 3 to 5 Tbsp. Eagle Brand chili powder
- 2 Tbsp. oregano
- 1 Tbsp. plus 1 pinch pepper
- 1/4 Tbsp. cloves
- 1/2 c. red wine
- 1 handful salt
- 1/4 c. vinegar
Directions

1Mix all ingredients, but the wine, with hands in a large bowl. Add wine as needed and continue to mix until all wine is used. Let sit refrigerated for at least 3 days before cooking.
