- whole graham crackers
- 2 sticks oleo
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
Directions

1Line pan with butter (8 x 8-inch pan for regular recipe and 9 x 12-inch pan for 1 1/2 recipes).

2Cover with whole graham crackers. Melt 2 sticks oleo.

3Mix egg, milk and sugar together; add to melted oleo.

4Bring to boil.

5(Stir constantly to prevent burning.) Remove from heat; add nuts, coconut and crumbs.

6Pour over the layer of graham crackers in the pan.

7Top with whole graham crackers.

8Pour icing over the mixture.

9Chill 5 hours.

10Freezes very well.

11Make it the day before or make it ahead and freeze to use later.
