- 3 large onions
- 1 large green pepper, minced
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups cooked tomatoes
- 2 cups uncooked noodles
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions

1Saute onions& green pepper until onions are yellow.

2Add meat and brown.

3Stir in tomatoes, noodles, chili powder, salt& pepper.

4Pour into greased 2 quart baking dish.

5Cover& bake at 350 for 1 hour, removing cover during last 15 minutes of baking.
