- 1 green pepper, diced
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 to 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1/2 c. uncooked rice
Directions

1Brown ground beef, onions and green pepper and drain.

2Add salt, chili powder, pepper and tomatoes.

3Mix together and add uncooked rice.

4Place in 2-quart casserole dish, cover and bake 1 hour at 350°.
