  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 pt. heavy whipping cream
  • 1 graham cracker crust
  • 1 to 1 1/2 c. fresh strawberries, sliced (optional)

Directions

    Combine first 3 ingredients in bowl with mixer until smooth. Whip heavy whipping cream in a separate bowl.

    Fold whipping cream into cream cheese mixture until mixed through.

    Pour mixture into graham cracker crust and place sliced fresh strawberries (if desired) on the top.

    Chill for at least 2 hours.
