  • 2 lb. frozen hash browns
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 carton sour cream
  • 2 c. crushed corn flakes
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted

Directions

    Thaw out potatoes; mix all ingredients and put in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Top with crushed corn flakes and butter mixed. Bake, uncovered, for 40 minutes in a 350° oven.
