- 2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns
- 1/2 c. diced onions
- 1/2 c. butter melted (1/4 lb.)
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Directions

1Mix all together (potatoes still frozen).

2Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Top with another cup of grated Cheddar cheese or melt 2 teaspoons of butter and mix with 1 cup Special K (slightly crumbled).

4Sprinkle on top.

5Bake at 350° for 60 to 75 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.
