  • 32 oz. frozen hash browns
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 2 c. cornflake crumbs

Directions

    Mix first 5 ingredients together.

    Place in a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake for 45 minutes in a 350° oven. During last 15 minutes, uncover and sprinkle with cornflake crumbs and melted butter. Great for church potluck.
