- 3 lb. ground beef
- 2 cans tomato soup
- 3 to 4 c. Minute rice, cooked
- garlic salt to taste
- 2 cans Ro-Tel, diced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Brown meat. Drain.

2Add Ro-Tel, soup, onion, garlic salt, salt and pepper.

3Let simmer until onions are tender.

4Cut up cheese, let melt in meat mixture and spices.

5When melted, add rice. Serve hot over Fritos in a bowl, or can be used as a dip.
