- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 pkg. Bleu cheese
- small jar pimiento cheese
- juice of 1 lemon
- celery salt to taste
- garlic salt to taste
- soy sauce to taste
- Worcestershire to taste
Directions

1Mix well and let stand 2 hours.

2Mold into balls and roll in finely chopped nuts or sprinkle with paprika or roll in chopped parsley.

3For this amount of cheese, use 2 teaspoons each of garlic and celery salt and about 2 tablespoons of the sauces.
