Thai basil omelette

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lime
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 8-10 basil leaves

    Crack the eggs in to a small bowl

    Stir the egg until yolk and egg white combined
  3. 3
    Add oyster sauce, lime and milk and stir altogether until well mixed

    Pour small amount of oil into a pan, with moderate heat
  5. 5
    Wait until oil starts boiling a bit then pour the well stirred egg into a pan
  6. 6
    Add basil leaves into the egg before it forms a shape
  7. 7
    Flip the omelette until well cooked
