- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon lime
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 8-10 basil leaves

1Crack the eggs in to a small bowl

2Stir the egg until yolk and egg white combined

3Add oyster sauce, lime and milk and stir altogether until well mixed

4Pour small amount of oil into a pan, with moderate heat

5Wait until oil starts boiling a bit then pour the well stirred egg into a pan

6Add basil leaves into the egg before it forms a shape

7Flip the omelette until well cooked
