- 1 3/4 ounces red curry paste
- 1 1/4 cups coconut milk
- 1 large tomato cut into wedges
- 1/2 zucchini sliced
- 1 potatoes sliced

11. Pour 150 ml of coconut milk into wok, add red curry paste, bring to boil, cook till oil appears on the surface.
