  • 1 3/8 pounds beef sliced
  • 1 3/4 ounces red curry paste
  • 1 1/4 cups coconut milk
  • 1 large tomato cut into wedges
  • 1/2 zucchini sliced
  • 1 potatoes sliced
  • basil leaves
  • lemon

    1. Pour 150 ml of coconut milk into wok, add red curry paste, bring to boil, cook till oil appears on the surface.

    2. Add beef, mix well, reduce heat, simmer 20 minutes.

    3. Add remaining coconut milk, bring to boil and add vegetables. Keep simmering till vegetables are cooked.

    4. Serve with jasmine rice, garnished with lemon and basil leaves.
