- 1 boneless chicken breast
- 1 Nan flatbread
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Thai sweet chili sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped onion (red)
- 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
- 1/2 cup chopped mix greens
- 1/4 cup shredded carrot
- 1/4 cup diced green onions
- 1/4 cup cilantro (minced)
- 2 clove garlic (minced)
- tsp salt
- pinch pepper
Directions

1Place boneless chicken breast in a bowl with 2 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp minced cilantro, 1 tbsp minced garlic and a pinch of salt and pepper.

2Set aside to marinate for and hour.

3After an hour take a small pan bring to high heat.

4When pan begins to smoke a little bit turn down to medium high and cook marinated chicken until golden brown.

5About 10-15 minutes.

6In a separate bowl mix sesame oil, soy sauce and Thai chili sauce.

7Spread.

83/4 of sauce on your flat bread as the base.

9Chop chicken breast and spread evenly on the flat bread.

10Next spread red and green onions and mushrooms over chicken and place flat bread in the oven at 350F to bake for 10-12 minutes.

11After flat bread is baked to a golden brown, spread mixed greens and carrots with the rest of your chili mix sauce on top and serve.
