  • 1 large chicken breast
  • 1 lb. Green Giant American mixtures New England style frozen vegetables
  • 1 (14 oz.) can coconut milk
  • 2 Tbsp. chunky peanut butter
  • 5 c. cooked white rice

Directions

    Brown chicken.
