  • 1/2 cups Lightly Salted Peanuts Chopped
  • 1/4 cups Sliced Green Onion
  • 1 Tablespoon Cilantro
  • 12 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 cups Water Chesnuts, Chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic, Minced
  • 23 cups Carrots, Shredded
  • 1 jar Sweet & Sour Sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoons Ground Ginger

Directions

    Mix everything together, except the cream cheese and sweet & sour sauce.

    Mold cream cheese in desired shape and spread the mixture on top.

    Pour sweet & sour sauce on top.

    Serve with fried noodles.
