  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
  • 4 inches fresh ginger, peeled and grated
  • 2 Tbsp. tamarind concentrate
  • 2 lemons juiced
  • 4 Tbsp. coconut sugar
  • 2 Tbsp, fresh chopped coriander
  • 1/4 c. olive oil
