  • 1 kg pork,i use pork belly ,skinless
  • 3 bunch coriander
  • 1 tbsp coriander seeds
  • 1/2 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 handfull Thai garlic,or 10 cloves of garlic
  • 1 1/2 tbsp soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce

Directions

    First cut hard stalk from coriander and its roots ,clean ,cut to small pieces ,add in pestel and mortar,grind it

    Add salt,coriander seeds ,grind well

    Add garlic,grind to make fine paste

    Add to pork bowl,seasoning with soy sauce and oyster sauce ,marinate at least 2 hours or use immediately

    Grill on charcoal,flip it when you hear the sizzling ..golden brown is the goal hahaha..slice and serve with galangal sauce or spicy sauce with coriander ,cucumber to side
